About the role

The Social Media & Community Manager will lead BON CHARGE’s organic social media presence and community engagement strategy across our global markets. Sitting within the Content & Creative Centre of Excellence and reporting to the Content Director, this role is a critical link between the brand, our customers, and our broader wellness community.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable in the weeds — scheduling content, jumping into the DMs, or replying to comments — as they are thinking big-picture about platform strategy, influencer engagement, and content performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply connected to social trends, obsessed with engagement data, and ready to own and grow BON CHARGE’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and more. You’ll work closely with our PR and Partnerships team to support influencer and affiliate content amplification, and with our content creators to ensure a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints.

As we relaunch the BON CHARGE community on Facebook, you will also be responsible for daily engagement, sentiment monitoring, and nurturing relationships with our most loyal customers — all while helping to shape a social ecosystem that reflects our commitment to wellbeing, quality, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms
  • Manage the day-to-day social media calendar, including content planning, caption writing, scheduling, posting, and daily engagement
  • Monitor and respond to daily community interactions, DMs, comments and messages across all platforms in a timely, brand-aligned tone of voice
  • Relaunch and manage BON CHARGE’s Facebook Community group, growing membership and engagement
  • Partner with PR and Partnerships to amplify influencer and affiliate content through organic channels and community tie-ins
  • Work with Content Creators to brief, review, and repurpose assets that align with brand priorities, launches, and campaigns
  • Track social metrics weekly (reach, engagement, saves, shares, sentiment, follower growth) and present data-driven insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with the Content Director on campaign ideation, storytelling pillars and audience segmentation
  • Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and cultural trends — ensuring BON CHARGE’s content stays relevant and engaging
  • Bring new ideas and recommendations for how to evolve and innovate our presence across social — from TikTok series to live content and collabs

Key Requirements

  • Proven Experience in social media management, content marketing, and community engagement
  • Proven experience managing multiple social platforms for a high-growth brand, ideally in the wellness, lifestyle, beauty or ecommerce space
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture online communities, including Facebook Groups or other closed communities
  • Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of organic social KPIs and reporting best practices — must be data-driven with a love for performance analysis
  • Creative and collaborative — able to partner with content creators, designers, and PR to bring stories to life
  • Confident using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-house environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Warm, witty, and brand-aligned tone of voice with exceptional writing and captioning skills
  • A team player who takes initiative and is passionate about building meaningful connections with our community

  • Experience in influencer or ambassador management
  • Familiarity with UGC strategies and content licensing
  • Experience briefing social-first video content
  • Interest in wellness, holistic health, or lifestyle brands
